We are glad to inform, that Epiphany Ventures, a mumbai based vc firm has formed a pact with vcSyndicate for deal sourcing.
Epiphany is headed by Mr. Gaurav Saraf and has Mr. Rishi Khosla as an advisor. Mr. Khosla is the founder and CEO of financial research and analytics company Copal Partner. He has also advised on Lakshmi Mittal's private equity investment in Indiabulls. Epiphany has also roped in the Mittal family as one of its limited partners. The other LP’s include NRIs. They closed the fund of $25 million in August. |
