It has been 15 days since the launch of this website as an initiative to connect the dots across the globe. The last 15 days has seen significant activity in terms of membership for requests to be included on vcSyndicate group on linkedin, as well as user registrations on this site in different roles.
We have also seen an inflow of more than $30 million worth capital requests and a few more in pipeline. One key issue we have observed is there is still no handshake between an entrepreneur seeking to fund his dream and an investor seeking to invest in high potential ventures. While this could be because of other macroeconomic factors and dynamics that are out of my control, I propose to design a new portfolio of services to better facilitate the process. The services, geared towards entrepreneurs, investors as well as general users would, I hope, be the booster pills to kick in some real action. Until then, I wish you the best.
