About vcSyndicate
vcSyndicate is a collaborative effort of a group of professionals interested in investing high potential startup ventures. This website is a platform for individuals from different countries and backgrounds to interact and exchange high potential ideas. Though there are parts of the website which enable transactions between entrepreneurs or investors, the key goal of this site is in facilitating transactions between different players.

Vithal Donakonda
Vithal is very passionate to realise the goals of vcSyndicate. As a key member of vcSyndicate he is involved in growing the network size through collaboration with partners and establishing corporate partnerships. Vithal is an open networker and loves to share his experiences and ideas. He brings along an ability to dream big and at the same time to make the dreams come true.  Vithal is an Account Manager for Global Shared Services division within Pharma division of a top healthcare company and is responsible for internal sales, sourcing of preferred partners and creating group strategy.
Vithal holds an MBA from Indian School of Business (www.isb.edu) and a Bachelor's from Indian Institute of Technology at Madras. 
 
Oksana Beregova
Oksana holds the position of Director of Online Sales and Strategic Relations and is extensively involved in managing relations with with key business partners of vcSyndicate. She is currently a management associate with CitiCards and is based out of Chicago. Prior to joining CitiCards, Oksana was involved in business development of multiple telecom startups.
Oksana is an MBA from Chicago GSB (Dean's List), PhD in Physics and Mathematics from Russian Academy of Science and also authored 18 scientific publications. She was awarded prestigious Young Scientist Award for her research in Physics. As an experienced project manager for several years Oksana played a key role in the success of multiple telcom startups by building strategic partnerships with companies across the globe.

Varadharajan R
Varadharajan is a Senior Associate with Peepul Capital Advisors in their India(Chennai) office with responsibility for sourcing and grooming opportunities in the Media, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing domains. Prior to joining, Varadha was a management consultant at KPMG in their consumer/financial services practice where he advised senior management on a variety of issues including business strategy & visioning, operational excellence and leadership development. Varadha was a part of the team that built the Citifinancial franchise, focussed on small ticket consumer loans in India and held several roles in retail & corporate banking across sales, product and operations.
Varadha holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras.
 
Srinath Sridharan
Mr Srinath is Vice President & Head – Strategic Alliances at
Wadhawan Holdings Pvt Ltd, India and is based in Mumbai.

A statistician by qualification, his career path has been in B2B & B2C sectors including Automobile, Power, eCommerce, Advertising & Consumer Business industries through his roles in operations, marketing & brand management, strategic planning.

Currently, he heads the Group Strategic Alliances at the 3-decade young Mumbai-headquartered Wadhawan Group. Wadhawan Holdings is privately-held & unlisted holding company & corporate body for the group, having operating companies’ / brands’ presence in

  • Housing Finance (Dewan Housing Finance Ltd)
  • Venture Capital fund (DHFL Venture Capital)
  • Real Estate (Dheeraj & East Coast in UAE & Australia + Large infrastructure projects through Special Economic Zones in India)
  • Food & Grocery - Convenience store formats (Spinach, Sangam, Sabka Bazaar, Smart Retail)
  • Food & Beverage (brands including Aurus fine dine, Noodle House, Dish Central, Sanchos, Nashta Chai)

He holds the responsibility of ensuring strategic alliance initiatives for the group, cutting across all its business verticals. His team looks into all relationships in the current & prospective corporate relationships for the group. Prior to this role, he incubated & headed the Lifestyle Business unit at the Holding Co level. His team invested in and/or incubated businesses in the lifestyle segment covering Food & Beverage including fine dine concepts, Luxury retailing, Lifestyle products including apparel & accessories.

His keenness for market dynamics with an eye for tracking consumer trends is the key for his professional growth. He enjoys networking, fine food, great conversation and books.
