vcSyndicate is a syndication firm which is extensively involved in capital raising campaigns for startup ventures across the world. We provide venture capital funding and angel investing support by syndicating capital from VC/PE firms and expert HNI's. Our primary interest is in supporting pharma, media, manufacturing and telecom ventures through funding and strategic advice.
vcSyndicate has been established to increase qualified deal flow to Venture Capitalists and also to provide greater access to entrepreneurs. We actively engage with entrepreneurs and understand their business models. We do due screening of b-plans, and then campaign the ventures to VC firms.
A VC/PE firm and vcSyndicate could gain synergies by
(a)partnering in deal screening
(b)Utilizing vcSyndicate's talent base to perform research and due
diligence activities (based on set criteria from VC Firms)
In addition to the above, a VC fund, at some stage, may play the role of a lead syndicator of capital (either because of high capital requirement or to hedge risk). In this case, VC Firms could utilize the services/network of vcSyndicate to ease & quicken syndication.
